Establish and facilitate end-to-end practices for discovery and coaching, mediation and development, investigations and corrective actions.
Provide training on management and HR fundamentals, individual and team development, and policy and compliance. Certified in MBTI, DiSC, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and PXT Select.
Assess core HR practices, deliver key findings, proposed priorities and action plan for executing against assessment findings.
